A Catered Affair has been catering in the Las Vegas valley since 1996. We specialize in full-service catering and assisting our clients in planning their events. We cater for both small and intimate affairs to large scale events up to four hundred or more.

Executive Chef Daniel Mumau Started in food service in 1981. He has won numerous culinary awards in his career including the American Culinary Federation Award of Merit and the National Judges Award. He is a US Army Veteran, a 1989 alumni of The Culinary Institute of America as well as a 2000 Alumni of UNLV College of Business. He has been a member of the American Culinary Federation since 1987 and a member of the Executive Chefs of Las Vegas since 1989. He continues is current on all certification with the ACF including Food Safety, Sanitation, Nutrition & Management. In addition Chef Dan is certified by the US Food and Drug Administration.
